There are times when nobody’s looking; when it’s just you, all by yourself.  No one will know if you do the right thing or not.  In those moments, the short cut and the mistake swept under the rug are witnessed only by you.  It’s moments like those where a person’s character becomes most important.  If your last name is Rott you better do the right thing.

Our business has been and will continue to be built on that principle.  Integrity matters and everyone deserves to have access to a home improvement contractor that’s steeped in it.  It guides our choices when we determine which manufacturers to work with, who to hire and how to structure our workmanship and business practices.  Our founder, Jay Rott, probably didn’t imagine that his business would survive over 100 years.  In honor of Jay and every Rott who has helped to sustain Wm. C. Rott & Son over that time, we (Julie, Steve, Dan, Mark, Jerry & Gerry) believe it’s our duty to walk the talk and hold ourselves and our company to the most elevated expectations.
