This project in Lockport is one of the biggest low-slope roofs we’ve ever done!!! This roofing job was challenging but also incredibly rewarding…

To start, this roof previously had hot tar roofing and upwards of 10-tons of material heavily weighing on one side of the roof. The house had a sigh of relief after our team removed the excess waste, tar, and debris. In addition, rotted wood plagued this roof, so we definitely got here in the knick of time to assess the work that had to be done.

We also installed a product called EPDM, arguably one of the best low-slope roof products on the market to add stability to this roof. It stands for Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer, and the product resists environmental factors such as Ozone, UV, and general weathering. Another added bonus?? Its quality goes hand-in-hand with our roofing expertise. It will help make your roof last!

This truly was a job where we didn’t know the extent of the damage until we started removing the rotted wood and debris. However, once that was taken away, we’re seeing this home come back to life with a roof that will last 20 to 30 years! We’re happy to say that this homeowner won’t have to worry about the status of their roof for a very long time…
