Are Solar Panels always a good idea?
Many times, yes… unless the roof underneath it can’t handle it!
It becomes a really bad idea to get solar panels if your roof is not strong enough. You would have to take the panels back off, save them, and reinstall them after the roof is repaired, which can be very costly.
Solar panels work best on a strong or newer roof!
